Brandon + Natalie Guildwood & Bluffs engagement
I’m sharing some quick highlights from my bluffs engagement session with Natalie & Brandon. We actually started at Guildwood Park which is so stunning to visit, you should definitely see it, even if it’s not for photos. I believe the Guildwood Inn will be reopening at some point and it will be amazing to have a great venue next door to such an epic photo location. After Guildwood Park, Natalie & Brandon changed into more casual outfits for some photos at the Scarborough Bluffs. The bluffs is a beautiful spot for photos, a little busy for sure, but totally worth it. I recommend going on a weekday though, the weekend is pretty packed with people.
Natalie is so beautiful and very comfortable in front of the camera. She had great outfit and style choices that matched each location. I can’t stress this enough, please wear something that works with your location! – no heels at a park, or blazers and chunky necklaces as you hike around a forest, it just looks weird. Please bring a few outfits rather than trying to make something awkwardly fit a few scenarios. I have a whole section about what to wear for your engagement session in my welcome package, but I like to point out a few relevant details here and there on my blog 🙂
You can see these two have a lot of affection for one another and know each other very well. They have been together for many years, they actually met as camp counsellors, and it shows with their playful interactions. Everyone feels a little awkward at the beginning of a session, so it’s cute to see couples finding comfort in one another to feel less weird.
Natalie & Brandon are getting married at the Queen’s Landing Hotel next summer. Their elegant vineyard wedding will be beautiful I’m sure.
